This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third parties. This notice explains which data is processed when you visit it.

Connection data and hosting
- The site is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Every request passes through Cloudflare's network, which processes your IP address, the page requested, the time, browser information and the referrer in order to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report connection errors to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging).
- The web server, which I operate myself, writes an access log with your IP address, the time, the page requested, the status code, the browser and the referrer. I use it to run the server securely and to find errors. The log is deleted after seven days.
The legal basis in both cases is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in running and protecting the website.
Data stored in your browser
No cookies are set. The site stores a few things in your browser's local storage and never sends them anywhere:
- your language choice (English or German), so the site opens in the language you picked;
- when you start the simulator demo: the settings, layout and recordings of the Ground Control demo, which runs entirely in your browser;
- in the team's internal launch documents, which are not linked from this site: the checklist ticks and the values you enter.
This storage is needed to provide functions you actively use, so no consent is required (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Links and email
The Instagram link is a plain link: nothing is sent to Instagram until you click it, and then Instagram's own privacy policy applies. If you write to me by email, I process your address and your message to reply (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and delete them when the conversation is over and there is no reason to keep them.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and, for processing based on legitimate interests, objection (Art. 21).
